Name: Mike Hatherall
Position: Head of IT Support and Quality Manager

Mike is a highly experienced systems engineer; from starting his career in the Army as a communications engineer, he has developed his IT career from the bottom as a call centre agent working for NTL, to the top running his own IT company.

Mike is very keen on keeping relationships with all of his customers professional but still with a hint of personal communication. Mike likes to stay in contact regularly with all of Green Sky’s customers keeping a close eye on the level of service they are receiving.

Mike is a qualified Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, as well as being a qualified Microsoft Certified Desktop Technician, and Microsoft Certified Trainer.

CompTIA A+ Certified Professional and a compTIA Network + Professional.

Mike is also a member of the British computer society.

In Mike’s spare time you can find him lecturing at Nash College, where he teaches two classes. The first is an Advanced Diploma for IT Practitioners and the second is PC Maintenance for Beginners
